An MVP is the smallest version of your product that delivers real value to real users. It is designed to test assumptions quickly and cheaply before committing to full development. A full product is built once the MVP has been validated and you know what users actually need.
After a discovery call we assess whether the project is suitable. If it is, we agree on a reduced fee and equity percentage, a shareholder agreement is drafted by a solicitor, and work begins. Nwados receives no preferential treatment — the same shareholder rights as any other minority holder.
Yes. Many of our platform extension and enterprise engagements involve joining an existing team, either as additional capacity or in a fractional CTO capacity providing technical leadership.
All code is yours. On full payment, we transfer the full repository, documentation, and infrastructure access. There is no lock-in.
